Dr. Amber Morabito is a Developmental Psychologist and life learner that believes that research informs practice. She is passionate about implementing Psychological and Educational theories into her practice. Dr. Morabito has held a wide variety of positions in the field of psychology and early childhood education. Morabito has over 20 years of experience working with children and their families. During these years, Morabito has worked in Early Childhood Education settings, taught at the University and Community College levels as an Adjunct Professor in the field of Behavioral and Social Sciences, worked as an Administrator, Consultant, Supervisor, and Mentor in the fields of Psychology and Education. Morabito continues to partner with stakeholders and educators to advocate for high quality education for children and adults on their developmental journey.When it comes to negotiating all of the demands of life, Morabito knows the struggle! Dr. Morabito have successfully worked from home for over 10 years, negotiated her roles as wife, mother, teacher, and professional. Morabito has homeschooled her children at various points of their education over the years as she navigated and researched multiple education systems and pedagogies (public and private) on the search for the “right fit”. Morabito has gained insight, tips, and tricks based on her experiences as a mother combined with her deep understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate education practices! Each family situation and child are unique, so we will work together to figure out the needs of your family!!
